Changes for March 15:

• Save deck preference in localstorage: the game will now default to the deck you most recently used
• Shape deck: make blue card color lighter so it is more easily distinguishable from the black cards
• Shape deck: change font
• Add synthwave deck option
• Remove visible delay when changing deck preference
• Add unique background image for all decks
